During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, we're happy to help however we can.
