Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our Mystery Scoop Experiences, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on:
- Personal preferences
- Duplicate items
- Expected or hoped-for prizes
- Color or style preferences
- Mystery item selections
Every purchase is part of the fun of the mystery experience.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping, or
- You receive the wrong package,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and items received
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled. All sales are final after placing your order.
